Nightly rental rate plus taxes & fees apply to all rooms & cabins reserved. Idaho 2% lodging tax, 6% sales tax, and a 4% US Forest Service Fee applies to all rooms & cabins reserved. Cancellation fees, as outlined above, apply to each & every accommodation booked/reserved. We are pet friendly, please see our pet policy using the button below.

If you need to make changes or require assistance please call 208-942-3405 or email us at lodging@lochsalodge.com. Should your plans change and you need to cancel or edit your reservation, please do so as soon as you can to minimize cancellation fees and to help ensure that we have availability for possibly changing your dates. 

Change of plans and need to cancel?

Cancellation Policy: 30 days or more prior to arrival date, a refund of the first-night deposit amount less a $25 cancellation fee for each accommodation booked. Within 30 days of arrival, the first-night room and tax is non-refundable to serve as cancellation fee for each accommodation booked. Within 7 days of arrival, the full amount of your stay will be forfeited as a non-refundable cancellation fee. Cancellation policy applies to each accommodation secured.

Full payment is due within 30 days prior arrival

Cancelling 30 days or more prior to arrival equals a $25 cancellation fee

Cancelling within 30 days prior to arrival, but more than 7 days prior arrival equals the first-night stay deposit paid at time of booking, plus a $25 processing fee.

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival equals forfeiture of the full amount paid, with no refund.
